1、摘 要 I 摘 要 在现代生活中,食品安全日益成为人们关注的焦点,可是其状况却不容乐观。其中,食用植物油的质量安全同样令人堪忧。掺杂添加剂的行为在业内普遍存在,其中香油精是比较常用的添加剂,但是长期食用香油精却会对人体产生很大的损害。目前传统的检测方法尚不能对其进行快速的分辨甄别。随着传感器技术的发展,使得应用传感器检测气味变为现实,人工嗅觉 电子鼻系统应运而生。鉴于香油精本身具有的香味浓郁的特点,利用电子鼻技术可以实现对香油精的快速检测。本文设计了一种专门用于香油精检测的电子鼻原型,实现了香油精的准确快速检测。 完整的电子鼻系统是由气敏传感器阵列及其信号采集和模式识别系统组成。本文致力于气敏

2、传感器阵列的研究以及与之相适应的信号采集装置的开发,最终使仪器能够采集气敏传感器的动态响应数据,完成简单的图像分析和数据存储任务。为后续的模式识别系统提供可靠、有效的数据。本文的主要研究内容包括: 1)设计了相应的信号调理电路,结合成 熟的信号处理技术以及相关的传感器特性合理设计电路,为获取有效的传感器信号提供了前提条件; 2)设计了针对香油精的气敏传感器阵列 ,针对香油精样本进行了大量的综合对比实验,在此基础上,优选气敏传感器搭建传感器阵列,为电子鼻提供了实际意义上的 嗅觉细胞 ; 3)设计了基于 MSP430F149 的数据采集硬件。模数转换部分,直接借助 MSP430自带的 A/D 进行

3、转换,替代了昂贵的数据采集卡,为电子鼻系统继续开发提供了硬件基础; 4) 设计了电子鼻的上位机的控制软件, 采用 LabVIEW 开发平台实现了数据的存储、显示以及电子鼻的控制功能为电子鼻提供了虚拟控制面板。 本文设计的电子鼻系统,完成了前期的数据采集任务,通过图形判断,能够很容易的区分出添加了 0.5%香油精的混合液,并且为后续的香 油精成分的鉴别工作提供了准确的数据基础。 关键词 气敏传感器 传感器阵列 LabVIEW 数据采集Abstract II Abstract In modern life, food security is increasingly becoming the fo

Doping additive to the oil is a prevalent practice in the industry, among which sesame oil extract is one of the commonly used additives, but long-ter

5、m consumption of sesame oil extract will do serious harm to the body. Traditional detection methods still can not be the quick resolution. The development of sensor technology has made detecting the smell with the sensors of a reality, and artificial sense of smell - the electronic nose system came

6、into being. In view of the rich flavor of the sesame oil extract, the use of electronic nose technology can achieve the rapid detection of sesame oil extract. This article designs an electronic nose specifically for the detection of sesame oil extract for an accurate and rapid detection. The complet

7、e electronic nose system is composed of gas sensor arrays and signal acquisition and pattern recognition system. This article is committed to the research of gas sensor array and development of corresponding signal acquisition device, to make the instrument capable of capturing the dynamic response

8、data of the gas sensor and completing simple image analysis and data storage tasks, which will provide reliable and valid data for the subsequent pattern recognition system. The research mainly includes: 1)Designing the signal conditioning circuit, combined with sophisticated signal-processing techn

9、ology and relative sensor characteristics, which provides the preconditions for effective sensor signal; 2) Designing the gas sensor array specifically for the sesame oil extract: on the basis of a lot of comparative experiments on the sample of sesame oil extract, the suitable gas sensors are chose

10、n to build a sensor array, which are the sense of smell cells for electronic nose in a practical sense; Abstract III 3) Designing MSP430F149-based data acquisition hardware. In the analog to digital conversion part, A/Dpart of the MSP430, instead of expensive data acquisition card, is directly used

11、for conversion, which provides a hardware basis for the continuous development of electronic nose system; 4) Designing the controlling software of the host computer of the electronic nose, LabVIEW development platform is used for data storage, display and control functions, providing a virtual contr

12、ol panel for the electronic nose. Going through the pre-data collection task, the electronic nose designed in this article, can easily distinguish the mixture liquid with 0.5% of sesame oil extract through graphics judgment, and provides an accurate data foundation for the subsequent identification of ingredients of sesame oil extract.
