Liquidation of Merchandise Produced for the Company (a)Production partners wishing to liquidate overproduction inventory or other inventory rejected as inconsistent with the Companys quality s
16、tandards must submit a request via the ICON2 system. (sell-off after 12 months since final shipment was done). (a) 对Limited Brands的多余产品，次品应到ICONS系统上登记（最后一批大货走货后12个月后才能售卖） (b) Provide all information required by the sell-off request form. (b) 在申请表里提交所有信息 (c) If approved, The Limited Brands Office of
17、Brand Protection will issue a numbered authorization certificate. (c) 如果申请被批准, Limited Brands的品牌保护部门会发一份授权书。 (d) The Company reserves the right to withhold authorization for any reason and, upon request, will provide the production partner with the reason authorization was withheld.The production partner may re-submit the request when all objections have been resolved. (d) Limited Brands保留拒绝授权的权限， (e) Sell-off to approved Jobbers of the related brands ONLY. (e) 相应品牌只能售卖给批准的交易商。,
