1、2010 年北文海航六级资料 1一、 题型简介阅读理解部分包括快速阅读(Skimming and Scanning)和仔细阅读(Reading in Depth) ,测试学生获取书面信息的能力。 快速阅读该部分要求考生运用略读和查读的技能从篇章中获取信息。略读考核学生通过快速阅读获取文章主旨大意或中心思想的能力。查读考核学生利用各种提示,如数字、大写单词、段首或句首词等,快速查找特定信息的能力。快速阅读理解部分采用的题型有句子填空、完成句子、判断是非等。 仔细阅读该部分分为三种题型,分别为多项选择题型、选词填空和问答题。测试考生在不同层面上的阅读理解能力,包括理解主旨大意和重要细节、综合分析、

2、推测判断以及根据上下文推测词义等。二、 分值比例快速阅读占总分值的 25%;仔细阅读占总分值的 10%。三、 时间规划 快速阅读该部分要求考生阅读 12 篇篇幅较长的文章或多篇短文,总长度约为 1200 词。答题时间为 15 分钟,阅读速度约每分钟 120 词。 仔细阅读该部分要求考生阅读三篇短文。两篇为多项选择题型的短文理解测试,每篇长度 400450 词。一篇为选词填空(Banked Cloze)或简答题(Short Answer Questions) 。其中,选词填空篇章长度为 250300 词,简答题篇章长度为 400450 词。四、 文章难度考题难度远高于大学四级英语考题,但距考研英

4、nomic growth, and as a result it has become difficult to question either the basic assumptions behind it or the way the concept is put to use. This is especially true in agriculture, where sustainable development is often taken as the sole measure of progress without a proper appreciation of histori

5、cal and cultural perspectives.To start with, it is important to remember that the nature of agriculture has changed markedly throughout history, and will continue to do so. Medieval agriculture in northern Europe fed, clothed and sheltered a predominantly rural society with a much lower population d

6、ensity than it is today. It had minimal effect on biodiversity, and any pollution it caused was typically localized. 8、tries is growing so fast that meeting it will require an extra 300 million tons of grain a year by 2050. Yet the growth of cities and industry is reducing the amount of water available for agriculture in many regions.All this means that agriculture in the 21stcentury will have to be very different f

9、rom how it was in the 20th.thiswill require radical thinking. For example, we need to move away from the idea that traditional practices are inevitably more sustainable than new ones. We also need to abandon the notion that agriculture can be “zero impact”. The key will be to abandon the rather simp

10、le and static measures of sustainability, which centre on the need to maintain production without increasing damage.Instead we need a more dynamic interpretation, one that looks at the pros and cons(正反两方面)of all the various way land is used. There are many different ways to measure agricultural perf

11、ormance besides food yield: energy use, environmental costs, water purity, carbon footprint and biodiversity. It is clear, for example, that the carbon of transporting tomatoes from Spain to the UK is less than that of producing them in the UK with additional heating and lighting. But we do not know
