1、摘 要本文结合当前水泥企业集散控制系统的实际配置，采用 ABB CBF 系列软件编程工具对水泥窑尾环节的工艺测点及电气设备进行全面仿真。介绍了如何利用 CBF组态软件及 EMULATOR 仿真器，对设备备妥、驱动、返回等信号及连锁关系进行仿真，利用 Digivis 对窑尾各设备 OS 显示进行仿真以及利用 OPC Client 进行数据采集、处理。在仿真的基础上，设计了结合设备顺序启停、故障报警、急停等实际工况的培训系统。本文分五部分，详细讲解了软件的安装、设计及调试。水泥生产线窑尾环节的 DCS 仿真及培训系统的开发和应用对于解决水泥生产线操作人员的岗前培训问题以及大学、中专和技校的生产实习
