《针灸学》实训指导 实验一 腧穴定位练习 【实验目的】通过实践练习，掌握临床常用腧穴的定位方法 【实训时间】3课时 【实训器材】针灸推拿实训示教室、点穴笔、模型 【实验步骤】 1.观看示范：每组30人，分别由带教老师示教腧穴的取法及定位 2.互相练习：学生观看教师示范点穴后，2人一组，相互练习，能够熟练掌握腧 穴的取法及定位 Guidelineto Practical TrainingofAcu­moxa Science Practice 1 Locating Acupuncture Points 【Experiment Purpose】 The students should master the locating methods of clinically comon­used points. 【Experiment Hours】3 【Equipments and Materials】 Acupuncture­Tuina Training and Demonstration room. Mark­pen, modelwithpoint location. 【Experiment Procedures】 1.Teacher’s demonstration：Students are grouped by 30 students each. One instructor shows the locating methods ofclinically comon­used points. 2. Practice in pair: After seeing the demonstration, students willpractice in pairs repeatedly inorder to masterthe locating methods ofclinically comon­used points.实验二 毫针刺法 【实验目的】掌握针刺前的准备、毫针的进针方法，行针得气，不同的补泻操作， 以及出针的全过程。

【实训时间】2课时 【实训器材】针灸推拿实训示教室、毫针（40*0.25mm）,消毒棉球,75%乙醇, 镊 子等 【实验步骤】 1.观看示范：每组30人，先由带教教师示教针刺前的准备、毫针的进针、行针、 补泻手法、出针 2.实体练习：学生观看教师示范后，2人一组，相互练习，能够熟练掌握毫针刺 法  Practice 2 Manipulation of needling 【Experiment Purpose】 Students are required to master al the needling procedure, including the pre­needling preparation, insertion, manipulation for Qi arrival, tonifying­reducing manipulation, and withdrawalof needle. 【Experiment Hours】2 【Equipments and Materials】 Acupuncture­Tuina Training and Demonstration room. Filiform needle （40*0.25m） ,sterilized cotton bal, 75% alcohol; tweezers ,etc. 【Experiment Procedures】 1.Teacher’s demonstration：Students are grouped by 30 students each. One instructor will demonstratethe pre­needling preparation, insertion, manipulation, Tonifying­reducing method, withdrawalof needle 2. Practice in pair: After seeing the demonstration, students willpractice in pairs repeatedly in order to masterthe acupuncture needling techniques实验三 灸法及拔罐法练习 【实验目的】掌握临床常用的灸法和拔罐方法。

【实训时间】2课时 【实训器材】针灸推拿实训示教室、艾绒、清艾条、生姜、毫针、玻璃罐、按摩 乳、75% 和 95%乙醇、消毒棉球、酒精灯、镊子，酒精灯，火柴等 【实验步骤】 1.观看示范：每组30人，先由带教教师示教各种灸法及拔罐操作 2.实体练习：学生观看教师示范后，2人一组，相互练习，能够熟练掌握灸法及 拔罐手法  Practice 3 Moxibustion and Cupping 【Experiment Purpose】 Students are required to master the operation of moxibustion and cupping. 【Experiment Hours】2 【Equipments and Materials】 Acupuncture­Tuina Training and Demonstration room. Moxa, moxa stick, ginger, filiformneedles, glass jars, lotion, 75% & 95% ethanol, sterile cotton bals, alcohol lamp, tweezers, matches, etc. 【Experiment Procedures】 1.Teacher’s demonstration：Students are grouped by 30 students each. One instructor will demonstratethe al operation of moxibustion and cupping. 2. Practice in pair: After seeing the demonstration, students willpractice in pairs repeatedly in order to masterthe techniques of moxibustion and cupping. 实验四 其它针法 【实验目的】掌握三棱针、皮肤针、头针、耳针、电针等的基本操作技术。

实训时间】2课时 【实训器材】针灸推拿实训示教室、三棱针、皮肤针、毫针、 电针治疗仪、耳 穴贴、75%乙醇、碘伏、消毒棉球 【实验步骤】 1.观看示范：每组30人，先由带教教师示教三棱针、皮肤针、头针、耳针、电 针等的基本操作 2.实体练习：学生观看教师示范后，2人一组，相互练习，能够熟练掌握三棱针、 皮肤针、 Practice 4 Manipulation of Other methods 【Experiment Purpose】 Students are required to master the operation of triangle­edged needle, dermal needle, scalp acupuncture, auricular acupuncture and sticking, electro­acupuncture, etc. 【Experiment Hours】2 【Equipments and Materials】 Acupuncture­Tuina Training and Demonstration room. Triangle­edged needle, dermal needle, filiform needle, electro­acupunctureapparatus, auricular sticker, iodine, 75% ethanol, sterile cotton bals. 【Experiment Procedures】 1.Teacher’s demonstration：Students are grouped by 30 students each. One instructor will demonstratethe respective operation oftriangle­edged needle, dermal needle, scalp acupuncture, auricular acupuncture, electro­acupuncture. 2. Practice in pair: After seeing the demonstration, students willpractice in pairs repeatedly in order to master the operation of triangle­edged needle, dermal needle, scalp acupuncture, auricular acupuncture, electro­acupuncture. 实验五 腧穴定位及刺灸法综合测试 【实验目的】检验学生对腧穴和刺灸方法的掌握程度。

实训时间】1课时 【实训器材】针灸推拿实训示教室、标记笔、艾绒、清艾条、毫针、玻璃罐、按 摩乳、75%乙醇、碘伏、消毒棉球、酒精灯、镊子、火柴、耳穴贴、电针治疗仪 【实验步骤】 1.事先准备好试题纸条40个，每条上试题包括5个穴位的定位和 1种针刺方法 的操作 2.每组30人，依次抽取试题并作答 Practice 5 Comprehensive Test of Points Locationand Acupuncture Techniques 【Experiment Purpose】 Students wil be tested on the locating point and various acupuncture techniques. 【Experiment Hours】1 【Equipments and Materials】 Acupuncture­Tuina Training and Demonstration room. Mark­pen, filiform needle, moxa, moxa stick, triangle­edged needle, dermal needle, electro­acupuncture apparatus, auricular sticker, iodine, 75% ethanol, sterile cotton balls. 【Experiment Procedures】 1. Before the test, 40 paper slips are prepared in advance, on which there are 5 questions about the locating 5 points, and 1 question about the operation of one of acupuncture techniques. 2. Students wil be on random asked to choose one slip and answer the questions by locating the 5 points, and demonstrating the manipulation.。
