1、 荣成市污水处理厂初步设计摘要荣成市地处山东半岛最东端，三面环海，海岸线长 500 公里。拥有石岛、龙眼两个一类开放口岸，山东省 GDP 排名第一的县级市（威海市代管） ， 中国魅力城市，优秀旅游城市，生态园林城市，人居范例城市，环保模范城市，新兴工业强市，沿海开放城市，海洋经济大市，国家级海洋食品名城，人口较多。所以使用 SBR 工艺设计一个荣成市的污水处理厂。SBR 是序列间歇式活性污泥法（Sequencing Batch Reactor Activated Sludge Process）的简称，是一种按间歇曝气方式来运行的活性污泥污水处理技术，又称序批式活性污泥法与传统污水处理工艺不同，
2、SBR 技术采用时间分割的操作方式替代空间分割的操作方式，非稳定生化反应替代稳态生化反应，静置理想沉淀替代传统的动态沉淀。它的主要特征是在运行上的有序和间歇操作，SBR 技术的核心是 SBR 反应池，该池集均化、初沉、生物降解、二沉等功能于一池，无污泥回流系统。经过这个废水处理工艺的废水可达到设计要求，可以直接排放。产生的污泥经过浓缩、压滤等处理后，进行堆肥产生一定的经济效益。关键词：荣成市；SBR 工艺；生活污水；污泥 City25,000m3/d sanitary sewage SBR of Rongcheng deals with technological designAbstract
