Methods: Theeutopic and ectopic endometria sampled from 35 patients whowere pathologically proven for EMT in ChinaMedicalUniversity ShengjingHospitalfrom June 2008 toDecembe
5、r2008were chosen as expermi entalgroup(17 cases in proliferative phase, 18 cases in secretory phase, 18 cases inmild group(!a ), 17 cases inseverity group(#a ), and the eutopic endometria from 16 patients without endometriosis were taken ascontrolgroup(7 cases in proliferative phase, 9 cases in secr
6、etory phase). In situ hybridizationmethodwasused toexam ine the expressionofcofilin, and the expression levelofcofilin in differentgroupswas analyzedstatistically. Results: The expression levelof cofilin in eutopic endometrium ofendometriosiswere significantnullly higher than those incontrolgroup(P
