1、Unit 4 At the sports meeting Part B Lets learn more 第三课时教学内容:本节课是Unit 4 At the sports meeting 的第三课时,在前两节课时的基础之上进一步学习拓展运用本单元功能语言,并完成相关练习。教材分析:本单元以文体运动展开话题,既谈论到学生的校园生活,也涉及到了个人擅长的体育爱好。而本节的中心在于了解英语书信的格式,会用英语描述运动会的情况,培养和发展学生的个性,引导学生养成积极参加体育锻炼的好习惯,培养其发展有益身心健康的兴趣爱好,培养学生的团队合作意识和集体荣誉感。学情分析:学生们已经在前两节课的基础上,掌握了

2、功能句- - What sport did you take part in? - I took part in the- Did you win? - Yes. I was the first in学习本篇书信阅读,也容易理解接受。教学目标:语言知识:1、I was the first in. I won the boys/girls.句型的巩固运用。2、excited, do well in ,at first, finally, shout 词汇的掌握。3、过去时态的巩固运用。 技能目标:1、能听懂lets learn more 部分的内容,并准确完成课后判断练习。2、能较为流利的朗读课

3、文内容,要求语音、语调正确。3、学习并了解英文书信的书写格式。 情感目标:1、 引导学生养成积极参加体育锻炼的好习惯,培养其发展有益身心健康的兴趣爱好。2、 培养学生的团队合作意识和集体荣誉感。 教学重点:1、Lets learn more书信内容的理解,并准确完成课后判断练习。 2、学生根据思维导图,能复述本篇书信阅读。教学难点: 学生结合本校运动会,完成复述本班级运动会情况,达到活用教本。教法学法: 引导,师生共读,学生复述,解决问题,回归生活。教学准备: 教学PPT,卡片,书信阅读跟读视频Teaching procedures: Step I Before reading (读前) 1、

4、warming up T: Look! What are they doing? Ss: They are having a sports meeting.【设计意图】让学生通过图片、气氛,进入运动会场景,有种身临其境的感觉。) T:What sport is it? S1:throwing, 100-meter race, high jump, 1500-meter race(教师贴运动项目图片在黑板上)【设计意图】巩固复习运动项目词汇,并为后面的阅读做词汇铺垫。 T:Did you take part in these sports? We know, last term, our sch

5、ool had a sports meeting, Yes or No? Look! Who? Yuan Ziyang, what sport did you take part in? S1: I took part in the boys rope skipping. Did you win? S1:Yes, I was the first.【设计意图】学生巩固Lets talk 中的功能句,也是为后面学习阅读做句型铺垫。2、lead-inOur school did well in the sports meeting,Yes or No? Last week,Wu Chens scho

6、ol also had a sports meeting, her class did very well in the sports meeting, too.Now, she is writing a letter to her friend Ma Li, this lesson,lets learn Unit 4: At the sports meeting Part B Lets learn more, lets see what she is telling her friend Ma Li.【设计意图】 从本班学生运动会出色表现,引入吴晨学校也进行运动会,她的同学表现也很出色,她正

7、写封书信给她的朋友玛丽,让我们这节课学习她在书信上给玛丽都说什么了?自然导课,步入本节书信阅读篇幅。Step II During reading (读中)1、First, watch a radio。(贴书信格式在黑板上)This is a letter,this is 称呼、问候语、正文、祝福语、结束语、署名。Can you tell me the diffences between English letter and Chinese letter? 【设计意图】观看视频,了解书信格式,并让学生发现中英文书信区别,挖掘学生的洞察力。2、Next, with these questions,

8、 read the letter,before that, translate these questions. Answer these questions(贴答案在黑板上)【设计意图】学生带着问题,自读书信,对整片书信内容做以深入了解,并将问题答案贴与黑板上,为随后看思维导图复述文章做准备。3、Third,explain the knowledge:(1) excited和exciting; (2)do well in和be good at;(3)at first和finally(4)shout 【设计意图】 教师引导学生理解词汇,进一步让学生理解书信阅读内容。4、Fourth, foll

9、ow the radio【设计意图】学生模仿其语音语调指读课文,发音更加准确。5、Repeat the letter with song.T:Before that, Ill read the letter with these information, and the part is girls, the part is boys.T:Practice the letter with these information like me, you can read the letter to your deskmate,your deskmate can read the letter to

10、you.Ask several students to repeat the letter.【设计意图】学生看着板书,通过关键词回顾书信内容,已达到复述书信的目的。6、Tick or cross【设计意图】学生通过三次文章的阅读,突破了教学的重难点,学生在彻底理解书信的基础上,能够准确完成课后判断练习。整堂阅读中的设计符合学生解决问题的逻辑思维。Step III After reading (读后)1、 Our class did very well in the last sports meeting,now Shi Hangge is writing a letter to her fri
