The parties acknowledge that due to inherent differences in language, words, terms and phrases specific to a culture, region, and/or country, it is not always possible to translate exactly from one language
15、to another. Accordingly, while Company will make every effort to ensure an accurate translation, it makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the Translation Services. 4. In no event shall Company be liable to Client for any indirect, special or consequential damages or lost profits arising out of or related to this Translation Services Agreement or performance or breach hereof, even if Company has been advised of the possibility thereof.
