We are very honoured to be the hosts.二、既然我们今天举行的是英语演讲比赛，那我们俩来比一比，学英语的好处有哪些呢？我先来说，大家都知道，英语是世界第一语言、说英语的人数众多。我们看电视节目、上网、听广播都会遇到很多英语的节目。我们的周围也经常遇到
2、外国人。在以后的工作中英语也是必不可少的。可以更多地了解外国的文化、习俗。看来啊，学好英语真是很重要。在我们八十附小的校园里，学习英语的氛围非常浓。今天，我们的选手就要向大家展示他们的英语风采！三、In todays petition we have two contestants from each class.There are 11 contestants all together.四、I think its better for me to introduce our judges.This is Miss五、Now our English speech contest starts.
