1、学前教育与特殊教育学院特殊教育学系（Department of Special Education ,College of Preschool Education and Special Education）特殊教育本科培养方案Teaching Program of Special Education一、指导思想贯彻党的教育方针，以科学发展观为统领，遵循现代教育教学规律，充分尊重学生个性化需求，促进人的全面发展。本专业以创新型特殊教育人才为培养目标，以陶冶品性、学会学习、学会发展为导向，将崇尚真理、独立思考和实践创新贯穿教育教学全过程，培养具有广阔国际视野、综合素质协调发展、在特殊教育领域有影
2、响力的卓越人才。二、培养目标培养具有社会责任感和文化修养、能够在特殊教育学校、普通学校及相关机构从事特殊教育教学实践、研究和管理的专业工作者。三、培养规格1、具有现代教育观念，具备良好的教师职业道德、求实创新的精神。2、系统掌握特殊教育知识，具备特殊教育的研究基础。熟悉特殊教育政策法规，掌握特殊教育基本规律，了解与特殊教育学科领域相关的知识，关注特殊教育发展的前沿与动态，掌握文献检索、资料查询的方法，具有初步的科学研究能力。3、掌握特殊教育专业技能，具备特殊教育教学实践能力。掌握特殊儿童评估的基本方法；掌握特殊儿童教育教学设计与基本原则、方法；适应不同教学组织形式下的特殊儿童教育教学，能够开展
3、特殊儿童康复训练。4、外语、计算机学习水平应达到国家教育部规定的要求。具有初步阅读、翻译专业外文资料的能力；具有初步运用现代化教育技术开展特殊教育教学的能力。5、具有良好的心理素质、较强的意志力和心理自我调节能力。四、学制和学分要求1、学制 4 年2、总学分 156 学分五、课程结构比例1、通识教育平台课程 52 学分，占 33.3 %。 （通识必修 38 学分，通识选修 14 学分）2、学科基础平台课程 35 学分，占 22.5 %。 （师范生基础平台课程 8 学分，相关学科基础课程 12 学分，学科基础课程 15 学分）3、专业课程 46 学分，占 29.5%。 （核心课程 17 学分，拓
