2、有效的培训模式，提升欠发达地区社区居民的信息素养-信息自助和互助的能力，以缩小西部地区农民在信息资源的占有和利用方面与发达地区的差异。 此项目为期3年，分为4个阶段。 目前项目实施处于第一阶段，即信息自助培训的模式的探索阶段的末期。通过这一阶段的培训实践，一个有效的培训模式日趋明晰起来。 Tianzhu rural information technology training program aims to constructing efficient training mode, and promote abilities of information self-help and mutu

Now is in stage 1 : the end of exploring Information self-training mode,本研究的目的是总结项目实施第一阶段探索出的信息自助培训模式，并基于案例分析探究其效果，最后简要介绍后续的项目实施和评估计划。 The purpose of this study is to summarize the information self-trai
4、ning mode in the first step, and based on case studies to explore the effect .Finally, introduce follow-up project implementation and evaluation plan,研究的背景和目的Background and purpose of the study,作为公共图书馆体系的“神经末稍”-社区图书馆，青树图书馆长期以来秉持着这样的理念：以图书馆项目的建设为依托，提升学校对学生以信息素养为核心的整体素质的培养能力，提高学生的创造性和批判性思维能力。 同时使学校图书馆
5、具备服务社区的能力，发挥学校在服务社区文化建设方面的潜在职能，使学校图书馆对社区居民的文化生活及生产行为产生积极的影响。 作为公共图书馆的有机构成部分，发挥图书馆的对社区居民的教育功能是社区图书馆服务的题中之义。 欠发达地区真正的信息贫困在于信息素养的贫困而非信息资源的贫困 Evergreen Library rely on library construction project to improve school students capacity of information literacy as the core of the overall quality of training,

7、ct in Tianzhu,天祝农民信息自助培训模式Tianzhu peasant information self-training model,第一阶段（信息自助培训模式的探索阶段） The first phase (information self-training model in the exploratory phase,项目服务人员 Project staff,培训组:天祝一中青树图书馆组织计算机老师连同项目点学校的计算机老师 评估组:由山西高校图书馆专业人士组成； 技术组:兰州大学信息管理学院研究生组成，负责论坛等技术支持； 项目管理组:由青树基金会项目管理团队，天祝一中项目管

9、牧民（目标人群）参加培训； 学员学习基本的计算机和互联网技能（基本计算机管理，中文输入和编辑，网页浏览，下载和管理文件，收发邮件及语音邮件）； 已掌握基本计算机技能的学员学会通过搜索引擎在网上搜索信息，使用农业信息门户网站（包括论坛，答疑，信息发布等工具）来解决实际信息需求； Promote and advocate training Students learn basic computer and Internet skills Students who have mastered basic computer skills will learn how to through a sear

16、ommunity Information Mutual Mode 第四阶段：社区信息互助模式的普及和深化阶段 2012年15月，继续推广和深化有效模式的社区信息服务。 Phase 4: Spread and deepening Community Information Mutual Mode,结语 summary,提升欠发达地区社区居民的信息素养是农村文化和教育发展的一个迫切课题。 天祝青树图书馆目前正在进行的农村信息培训项目作为一个具有试验性质的项目，通过探索构建了以培训方式提升欠发达地区社区居民的信息素养的有效模式。 本研究是对此项目第一阶段的成果总结，初步展示了这一项目对提升农民信息素养的有效性。 同时随着这一项目在后续阶段普及深化，将对在同样领域的政府相关部门或非政府公益机构的探索有着积极的借鉴意义。 Tianzhu Evergreen Library training program is a rural information experimental project, constructed by exploring ways to enhance the traini
