2、等信息技术应用的蓬勃发展，信息已成为影响社会进步和国家发展的关键因素之一，其依赖性与日俱增。然而电磁脉冲威胁、电磁信息安全等问题日益突出，如何保护“电磁环境”这一信息技术的“成长土壤”变得刻不容缓。电磁安全防护领域是与信息技术行业伴生的新兴行业，信息技术的高速发展和日趋成熟，带来了对电磁安防行业巨大的市场需求。作为目前中国资本市场上“军工战术通讯”第一概念股“闽福发A（SZ. 000547）”的核心资产北京欧地安科技有限公司（以下简称“欧地安科技”），在短短的十余年时间内审时度势、趋利避害、把握机遇，取得了骄人业绩，成为业内具有竞争实力的企业之一。但是，由于经济全球化和科学技术的飞速发展，欧地
3、安科技面临日益严峻的市场竞争，如何做出正确的战略选择，不断创新、做强做大，是企业亟待解决的课题。为此，本文对欧地安科技未来发展战略进行了研究，借助于企业实际经营事例和数据，结合电磁安防企业的行业特点，并采用案例分析的方法进行了如下相关研究：一是采用 PEST 分析法对欧地安科技的内外部发展环境进行研究。具体分析了围绕电磁安防产业发展环境的有关内容，通过研究电磁安防行业的发展历程，对企业所处的宏观环境进行分析，梳理企业所面临的机遇和挑战，为欧地安科技的发展战略选择提供决策依据。二是研究了欧地安科技的战略目标和战略选择。通过对企业进行SWOT 分析，总结企业的优势和不足，进而制定企业总体战略目标，
4、同时细化研究各项分战略选择，并就战略实施和保障方面提出了建议。本研究不但对欧地安科技下一步发展具有指导意义，同时笔者还希望为中国电磁安防行业的发展能够提供一些有益的借鉴。关键词： 欧地安科技；电磁安防；战略；SWOTABSTRACTThe environmental protection, climatic disaster and internationalsecurity situation has become the common concerns of internationalcommunity since 21stcentury. However, the issues on theelectromagnetic pulse (EMP) threat, electromagnetic information securityetc are increasingly prominent.
7、How to protect “growth soil” of“electromagnetic environment” of such information technology has beenurgently required. The electromagnetic security protection is an emergingindustry together with the information technology industry. The advanceddevelopment as well as the increasingly maturity of inf
8、ormationtechnology brings large market demand for electromagnetic securityprotection industry.As the core asset of the first concept stock “CHINA SCHOLARSGROUP CO., LTD (SZ.000547)” of “military communication” in Chinacapital market, Beijing Allday Science and Technology Co., Ltd (hereafterreferred
9、as “Allday technology”), one of the enterprises with competitivestrength in the field, has achieved proud performances by considering thesituation, avoid the disadvantages and seizing the opportunity within tenyears. However, due to the rapid development of economic globalizationand technology, Alld
