1、含义：名词所有格表示所属关系，就 是 “的” 的表达方式。如:玛丽的儿子 Marys son. 学校的大门 the gate of the school名词所有格的分类名词所有格可分为三种：1、有生命名词的所有格-s2、无生命名词的所有格-of（时间，距离，国家、城市等实体例外）3、双重所有格-s ,of有生命名词的所有格普通单数名词在词尾加s1.the boys bag男孩的书包.(boy是单数名词)2. Mothers Day母亲节复数名词以-s结尾的，在词尾只加 1、the two boys mother.那两个男孩的母亲2、the teachers office.老师办公室词尾不是-s
2、结尾的，在词尾加s1.Childrens Day儿童节 (children本身就是复数名词) 2. mens room 男厕所表共同的所有关系（表示两者共有） 即XX and XXs的形式在第二个名词后加s Lily and Lucys room.丽丽和露西的房间（共同拥有一个房间）表示分别所有关系（表示各自拥有）即XXs and XXs的形式在两个名词词尾都加sLilys and Lucys rooms.丽丽和露西的房间。（各有各自的房间）无生命名词的所有格1、无生命名词所有格一般用“of+名词”的结构表示。如：the gate of the school学校的大门the door of t
3、he classroom教室的门2、有些表示时间、距离以及国家等无生命的名词，可以在词尾加s或如：a、表时间：todays newspaper （今天的报纸）one nights rest（一晚的休息）twenty minutes walk(无杠名词用复数，作表语)/ twenty-minutes walk（有杠名词用单数，作定语）(20分钟的散步) b、表距离：ten miles distance （十英里的距离）c、表国家、城市等实体：Chinas future （中国的未来）双重所有格1:双重所有格由“of+名词所有格”如：a friend of my fathers 我爸爸的一个朋友
