1、云环境下教师培训电子档案袋应用研究云环境下教师培训电子档案袋应用研究 摘要 摘要 近几年来,随着国家对教师再教育的大力提倡,教师的在职培训引起各级学校的广泛关注与重视,越来越多的学校组织了各种形式的教师培训活动。培训带来的好处显而易见,调查显示,很多教师反映培训后自己的知识、技能得到了提升,非常珍视难得的培训机会。 笔者作为华东师范大学网络教育学院培训研发部的实习生,有幸对教师培训获得了一定程度的了解。本研究是在统计分析了教师培训中存在的问题出发,提出了把电子档案袋应用于教师培训中,为教师培训提供知识管理、学习反思、协作交流、学习评价的工具。 鉴于当前云计算技术的蓬勃发展与各种应用的开展,本文
2、介绍了云计算,论述了利用云计算为教师培训服务的价值。通过对当前集成化的云环境百会网进行充分的分析,选取百会网这个个性化的学习环境作为教师培训电子档案袋的平台。结合本档案袋构建一套完整的、可操作的教师培训项目教学设计方案与培训实施流程。 接下来,通过对教师培训活动进行深入的研究,分析出学员评价因素,利用层次分析法,构建出学员综合表现评价因素指标模型,并进行模型求解获得各级评价指标的权重,然后用模糊数学评价法对学员进行评价。此外,笔者还设计了学员学习反思与小组简报评价量规,用于对学员进行知识与技能方面的评价。然后,利用构建的电子档案袋开展了一轮教师培训,并在培训结束后对学员开展评价。本期培训作为研
3、究的案例,分析应用电子档案袋开展培训的效果如何,以便为后续的改进提供资料。 最后,对培训实践和论文成果进行了总结,指出了不足之处,探讨了后续的研究方向。 关键字:非学历教师培训;电子档案袋;云计算辅助教育;教学设计;层次分析法;模糊数学评法;I 云环境下教师培训电子档案袋应用研究 ABSTRACT ABSTRACT In recent years, as our country strongly advocated the re-education of teacher in-service, the training of teachers caused widespread concern
4、 and attention of the schools at all levels, more and more schools have organized various forms of teacher training activities. The training benefits are clear, the survey shows that many teachers reflects after the training ,their knowledge and skills are improved.They cherish the hard-won training
