2、failure and field returns. 本程序的方针是为满足客户需要应制定预案，当发生紧急情况时如资源中断、劳动力短缺、关键设备故障、批量召回。2.RESPONSIBILITIES 职责2.1.The plant manager is responsible to create and maintain this procedure, and coordinate the related departments to carry out the actions. 工厂经理负责制定和维护本程序，并协调各部门予以执行。2.2.In case of absence of the pla
3、nt manager, this role is taken over by Quality manager 当工厂经理不在时，该职责由质量经理暂代3.PROCEDURE 程序Once the contingency cases occur, the below contingency plans will be follow up. 一旦有影响到产品交付及质量等重大事件/因素发生，以下对应的应急计划将立即启动。分类 Category紧急事件 Emergency Cases负责人Responsible历年发生频率 frequency over the years影响后果 Failure eff
