3、个城市的公共交通系统中投入了运营。AFC 系统的投入运营可以实现购票、检票、计费、统计过程自动化，使得人力资源的利用，交通系统的运营效率及公司的经营管理能力得到了大大的提升。本课题主要研究完成了 AFC 系统中票务管理系统中的功能模板的需求分析、设计以及实现。票务管理系统主要是面向运营公司的管理人员，主要是协助管理人员对票务方面的工作进行处理和分析管理。采用人工的方式进行票务管理工作还存在例如售（检）票效率不高、人力资源的浪费，运营信息采集（处理）效率低等问题。票务管理的计算机化减少了对人力的依赖，也大大人工带来的问题和隐患，使得企业的服务水平及运营效率得到了强有力地提升。同时票务管理系统也是
