3、: 09 Around Guishang water area: 09 Open sea: 16 1. 电站失电预案 electrical station loose power prepare pro _dure 1）24V充放电板失电 24V discharge panel loose power 24V充放电板失电应急处理只针对航行过程，非航行状态必须做好故障排除才能开航。 航行过程突发性的24V充放电板失电，将会导致CPP失控、舵机失控， 同时主配电板电站、主机、侧推仍然可以正常工作， 及时汇报驾驶室并要求船长注意做好船舶安全避碰，只能够通过控制主机、侧推保证船舶安全， The 24V
