1、Unit 4 Then and nowPart B Lets try; Lets talk第3课时一、教学目标1. 能够听、说、认读单词:different,active,cycling。2. 能够听懂、会说、会表演Lets talk的内容,并在真实场景中运用Before, I was Now, Im 说出自己及他人的变化,并能正确运用时态。3. 能够听懂、会做Lets try部分的练习。二、教学重点及难点重点:1. 能够听、说、认读单词:different,active,cycling。2. 能够在实际语境中运用重点句型:Before, I was Now, Im 说出自己及他人的变化,并能

2、正确运用时态。难点:能够正确运用一般现在时和一般过去时进行对比表达事物。三、教学过程Step 1 Warm-upWatch and answer教师出示问题,让学生带着问题去观看视频。1. Where did the old lady live many years ago?2. Did the old lady have enough food many years ago? 观看之后,让学生讨论回答,并核对答案。设计意图:通过视频,让学生感知对话内容,巩固学过的内容。Step 2 Presentation1. Listen and circle(1)教师展示听前活动,让学生看图片,仿照给出

3、的例子对图片进行谈论,为听力活动做准备。(2)教师播放Part B Lets try的音频,请学生听音,边圈出正确答案。最后教师核对答案。T: Mikes friends are visiting his home. What are they talking about? Listen and circle.设计意图:通过听音圈答案,锻炼学生的听力水平,引入本课时的话题。2. Lets read呈现Part B Lets try的录音材料,请学生读一读。设计意图:通过听音跟读,巩固对话内容,为后面的学习打基础。3. Listen and learn教师让学生看课本Mike的两张图片,让学生说

4、说Mike的前后变化。然后播放Part B Lets talk音频,请学生感知对话内容。T: Look at Mikes old photos! How did he change? Now lets listen to a dialogue. 设计意图:通过观察图文和听音,让学生感知对话内容。4. Learn new words 教师讲解词汇。T: First lets learn some new words. Please listen carefully.(1) different教师呈现两个相同的图标和两个不相同的图标,由此引出单词same和different。老师带读,学生跟读。(

5、2) active教师呈现单词quiet和active的图片,让学生说出单词的意思。然后老师带读,学生跟读。(3) cycling教师出示cycling的单词卡片,讲解单词,并带读。设计意图:利用图文和课件,讲授本课的重点单词,帮助学生牢记。5. Learn new sentences (1)教师呈现重点句型,教师逐个讲解。T: Next lets learn some new sentences. Please listen carefully.教师讲解句型:Before, I was quiet. Now, Im very active in class. 以前我很安静。现在我在课堂上很活

6、跃。I was short, so I couldnt ride my bike well. Now, I go cycling every day. 我以前个子小,自行车骑得不好。现在我天天骑车。(2)总结重点句型:Before, I was Now, Im 说出自己及他人的变化,能正确运用时态。6. Listen and answer播放Part B Lets talk音频,让学生回答问题。最后核对答案。T: Now lets listen and then I will ask some students to answer the questions. (1) Does Mike li

Read and match教师让学生读Part B Lets talk部分的对话,并将John和Mike的前后变化连线。T: Well done! Now read the dialogue and find the changes of John and Mike. Please match the person and

9、 the changes. 设计意图:通过听音连线,进一步加深学生对对话的理解。3. Read in roles.教师让学生三人一组,分角色朗读课文。T: Now lets read in roles.设计意图:通过角色扮演,进一步加深对对话的理解。4. Look and say然后请学生用刚学过的句型说说自己各方面的变化。设计意图:利用课件,直观地讲授本课的重点句型,帮助学生牢记。5. Talk about your friends or family members教师让学生说说自己的朋友或家庭成员的变化。T: Now please look at the text book. Talk
