11、基础上，签定本维护协议：一、双方责任甲方责任：1、甲方须按时交纳域名的续费和网站维护费用;2、甲方在不影响网站美观与程序正常使用的情况下，经乙方同意，可以添加一些html编辑的文件;3、甲方可以使用乙方提供的程序在线添加内容;4、甲方不可以单方修改版权信息;5、甲方不准添加或上传任何违反国家法律、法规及有关政策的任何文件;6、未经乙方书面许可，甲方不准上传会对主机运行造成或可能造成不良影响的服务器端可执行程序;7、甲方上传大小超过5m的文件，须提前一天通知乙方。乙方责任：1、乙方根据甲方要求进行站点维护，并及时回应甲方提出的问题，做到免费电话支持，e-mail支持;2、乙方负责甲方网站程序部分
12、的升级工作;3、乙方负责处理程序或者网页连接的bug;4、乙方清理网站的垃圾文件，释放资源;5、乙方负责甲方域名的续费工作;6、乙方应为甲方开据全额的正式发票;7、按协议给予甲方网站维护，并有书面的维护报告。二、违约责任1、甲方如违反了国家有关政策法规，乙方有权终止协议、并由甲方承担相应的责任;2、如因甲方单方面修改版权信息，将受到乙方最大程度的起诉;3、如因乙方违反本协议内容，甲方有权终止协议并收回剩余的维护预付款。三、后期企业网站月标准维护内容及价格1、每月维护内容包括文字修改、图片更新、文件增删和数据库整理;2、文字修改类维护，每月个页面，修改幅度不超过单页原有文字总量的%，可修改页面排
