11、关系的协议精神，在_国、_国境车上交货条件下，售方向购方售出，购方从售方购入货物。其品名、数量、种类、价格及交货期均按第1、2号附件办理，该附件为本合同不可分割的部分。合同总金额为_.售方有权对所供货物数量多交或少交3%。第二条价格根据本合同所售出的货物价格以_计算，系_国境车上交货价，包括包皮、包装和标记等费用在内。第三条交货期交货期在本合同附件1、2中规定。发运站在国际铁路运单上的戳记日期视为交货期。第四条付款买方应在收到货物后3天内将货款凭卖方提交的下列单据汇至卖方指定帐户：帐单3份铁路运单副本品质证明书3份装箱单3份第五条品质按本合同所售出的品质应与双方所确认的各执一份的样品相一致，应
