1、 书信（电邮）类文章按其内容可分为普通书信、感谢信、申请信、推荐信、邀请信、道歉信等多种类型，因其行文格式基本统一，所以，我们在写作时可以使用一些通用的写作策略，写作过程中再根据具体试题中的具体内容进行调整。学【写作策略】1、 认真审题，确定体裁、时态、人称。书信类文章有着自己独特的格式，写信人的地址及发信日期写在右上角，收信人的姓名及地址写在信纸的左上方；年份应该完全写出，如不能写08代替2008；月份一般不要简写；书信的在称呼下一行开始；称呼要顶格写，末尾要用逗号，而不是冒号；结尾敬语应该另起一行开始；敬语yours sincerely, faithfully等之后，必须写上逗号。书信中的
