12、等管理工作，并负责对乙方购置的墓面及小件的看护、保管。如因甲方责任而造成损失，由甲方负责修补及更换。第七条乙方应爱护甲方墓园内的设施(包括墓园、小件及墓穴绿化)，如有损坏，则须按实际损失赔偿给甲方。第八条不可抗力条款1.由于不可抗力致使不能履行合同，免除履行义务方的责任;2.如遇国家或政府政策变化或调整致使合同不能履行，免除履行义务方的责任。第九条本公司提供定期供奉服务，客户如需要须另行缴交服务费。第十条后继立法除法律本身有明确规定外，后继立法(本协议生效后的立法)或法律变更对本协议不应构成影响。各方应根据后继立法或法律变更，经协商一致对本协议进行修改或补充，但应采取书面形式。第十一条送达方式
