If there is any default penalty or pensation or expenses incurred due to t
15、he breach of Party B and/or any due amount that Party B fails to pay， Party A may deduct such default penalty or pensation or expenses or due amount from the deposit.9.3在本合同期限内，如有任何应由乙方支付的违约金、赔偿金、费用和/或其他应付款项，甲方可直接从保证金中予以扣除，乙方应在接到甲方书面通知后五(5)天内补足该部分保证金。During the lease term， if there is any default penalty， pensation or expense and/or any other due amount that shall be paid by Party B， Party A may deduct such amount from the deposit and Party B shall， within five (5) days after Party A so notifies.十、大厦及承租区域的交付状态：The state of the Premises when delivery ：
