3、eofwhichmaysubsepuentlybedulyexecutedbyCONTRACTOR(s).(b)ShouldCONTRACTORinanyrespectfailtoperformthesaidobligationscontainedinthesaidCONTRACTorcommitsanybreachthereof,weasGUARANTORshallourselvesperformortakewhateverstepsasmaybenecessarytoachieveperformanceoftheobligationsthereof,inaccordancewithterm
4、softhesaidCONTRACTandtheGUARANTORshallassumeanyloss,damages,costsandexpensesarisingfromthesaidfailureorbreachforwhichCONTRACTOR(s)maybemadeavailablethereunder;MUGLADBASINOILDEVELOPMENTPROJEDTELELDSURFACEFACILITIES(FSF)CONTRACTNO:NPOG/30/98-163(c)wetheGUARANTORshallnotbedischargedorreleasedfromourund
5、ertakingshereunderbyanywaiverorforebearancebyNPOGwhetherastopayment,time,performance,orotherwise.(d)IntheeventandforthedurationthattheGUARANTORassumestheobligatinosofCONTRACTORunderthesaidCONTRACTabove,theGUARANTORshallbeentitledtoalloftherightsandbenefitstowhichCONTRACTORisentitledunderCONTRACT.(e)
