2、中醒来。冬天的寒冷虽然刺骨,但阳光依然明媚,寒冷与温暖交织而存,严冬孕育着春天的气息。盘点我们共同走过的XX年,值得我们铭记的有太多太多:公司先进的经营理念始终贯穿着XX年的每一天,当金融危机波及实体经济,全球性经济寒冬来临,我们公司依然保持了稳健发展,而且以更积极的姿态厉兵秣马、逆势出击、决胜未来!许多许多的不平凡使公司在运营上不断扩展,公司规模逐步扩大的前提下,依然做到了对员工负责、对企业负责、对社会负责,全面履行了企业所应担负的社会责任,也为建设和谐社会做出了企业应尽的贡献。大河涨水小河满,员工要快乐,必须有物质基础,员工的物质基础只能来源于企业的效益,企业没效益,一切都是空谈。企业强大

3、,是员工富足的前提,而企业要在今日之竞争社会立足,并获得长远的可持续发展,没有自己的核心竞争力又怎么能强大的起来呢?制度化管理是一个企业做大作强的根基,没有这样的根基,做大做强就成了一句空话,员工的一切梦想也都成了海市蜃楼,但制度化管理必然会带来工作压力。面对压力我们只有用自己的工作和奉献去和公司一同的去担当。在新的发展机遇中我们必须要有改变,必须要有进步。你可以因为年龄、因为习惯,因为林林总总的原因进步的慢一些,但你不可以不进步,哪怕每天只进步一点点。百害而无一利的抱怨毫无用处。在平和的坚持中等待胜利!跟上企业的步伐,只有跟上企业步伐的人,才有机会与企业共享发展利益。在工作中每个人都会遇到很
