3、的学术论文或成果时，第一署名单位仍然为郑州大学。 保密论文在解密后应遵守此规定。学位论文作者：莲-e姿日期：加膨年月彦日新时期中国共产党“以人为本”思想探析摘要摘要党的十一届三中全会的召开标志着我国进入了改革开放的“新时期”，新时 期以来，中国人民和中华民族在中国共产党的带领下取得了举世瞩目的巨大成 就。回顾这三十多年的改革开放历程，一条非常值得总结的成功经验就是中国共 产党始终坚持以人为本的价值取向。中国共产党以人为本思想是以胡锦涛为核心 的中央领导集体把马克思主义基本原理同中国的实践相结合，根据新时期发展的 要求，针对具体的世情、国情和党情而发展形成的执政治国理念。以人为本的理 念始终贯穿
4、于邓小平理论、“三个代表”重要思想、科学发展观等理论和思想中， 是我们党指导社会主义现代化实践的根本立场、观点和方法。因此，深入研究这 一时期中国共产党的以人为本思想，无论是在理论上还是在实践上，都具有重大 的意义。本文研究以马克思主义理论为指导，综合运用文献分析法、归纳总结法和理 论与实际相结合等研究方法，对新时期中国共产党“以人为本”思想进行较为系 统的梳理与探析。全文共分四个部分。第一部分主要是从理论来源和现实依据两 个方面对新时期党“以人为本”思想的形成依据进行阐述；第二部分是从改革开 放以来不同的领导集体提出的重大思想和理论中纵向的探究和概括出其体现出 来的以人为本思想，其中包括邓小
5、平理论、江泽民“三个代表”重要思想、胡锦 涛的“科学发展观”；第三部分着重分析了新时期党“以人为本”思想的主要内 涵。分别通过分析“人”的含义、“本”的含义、“以人为本”与相关概念的区别 从而界定了以人为本的基本内涵。通过实现人与自然、人与社会以及人与人之间 的和谐关系中概括出这一时期以人为本思想的主要内涵；第四部分主要是探讨新 时期党“以人为本”思想的时代价值。它继承丰富了马克思主义的人学思想，发 展了新时期党的执政治国理念，同时，对我国全面建成小康社会以及“五位一 体”建设等具有重要的实践价值和指导意义。关键词：新时期；中国共产党；以人为本；时代价值新时期中国共产党“以人为本”思想探析Ab
