1、二，口语面试形式简介,自我介绍 ，1-2分钟的自我介绍，可以事先准备， 包括：姓名，年龄，籍贯，本科教育情况，性格特征，个人爱好，工作经历，及今后的事业规划，继续学习目的等等。 考官提问, 考官会在自我介绍当中，或自我介绍结束之后对于他感兴趣或想要进一步了解的情况提问，考官也可能就热点社会问题和管理问题提问。考生需要对自己的工作情况的描述做充分的准备，通常考官追问有关工作的相关问题占很大比例。 抽题回答， 考生从学校事先准备好的很多题目中随机抽取一道，进行回答，（一般只能抽取一次，不能更换）通常是对社会上的一些热点问题进行评论，1-2分钟时间，最好是条理清晰，观点明确。,角色扮演，2人一组，根
