2、更加规范化、法制化、民主化的方向发展。 我国建设工程合同管理起步较晚，没有树立合同的权威性。在建设施工过 程中还存在着各种问题， 制约着我国建筑业的长足发展。 进行高效的合同管理成 为了建设工程管理的一项重要前提。 本文通过对建设工程合同管理要点的简要概 述，就国内建设工程合同管理的现状以及存在的问题进行了分析，在此基础上, 提出国内建设工程合同管理的对策建议。 关键词 建设工程；合同管理；管理对策 河北经贸大学经济管理学院毕业论文 I Abstract Contract management is the key of the construction project management,
