1、绿色产品 国际发展趋势与相关规范 Green WEEE Green WEEE RoHS 电子垃圾大战电子垃圾大战 ?美国设备安全协会报告，1998年美国共淘汰2000 万台计算机，只有不到6的计算机被回收利用。 ?75的美国家庭用过的计算机都被弃置在壁橱、 地下室或车库。预计到2005年，美国每年将有 6300万台计算机要废弃。 ?在德国，每年就有约两百二十万部计算机、三百万 个传真机、六百五十万个电话与手机被当成电子废 弃物抛弃。 ?以德国慕尼黑市的电子垃圾量为例，从一九九七年 的四百五十七万吨，到两千年的一千三百万吨，也 就是过去三年以来，光是电子垃圾就暴增三倍。 机壳塑料材料上涂的阻火物
