1、形容词,从前，有一个很漂亮的公主，住在一个很大的宫殿里，因为她爸爸是一个很有钱的人.,Long long ago,there was a beautiful princess,she lived in a big palace,because her father is a very rich man.,什么叫形容词？,用以修饰名词，说明人或事物的特征或性质的词。,1.做定语，修饰人和物,e.g. She is a beautiful girl.,当形容词修饰由some-,any-,no-,every- 构成的不定代词时,形容词要放在这些 不定代词的之后. e.g.,I have someth
2、ing important to tell you.,2.做表语，表示性质和特征,我很饿。 Im hungry. 食物很美味。 The food is delicious.,3.做宾语补足语,形容词和宾语一起构成复合宾语,We must keep the classroom clean.,他使我们高兴。 He made us happy.,常与make,leave,keep等动词连用。,Lets fill in the blanks,形容词的比较级和最高级构成,规则变化,不规则变化,两者比较产生比较级。 三者比较产生最高级。,short,tall,Bill is taller than Tom

5、est / eldest,不规则变化,形容词原级的常用句型,Tom 和Mike一样高。 Tom is as tall as Mike.,1.as+adj原形+as(双方程度相等),2.否定not as/so+adj原形+as “不及不如 (双方程度相等),Tom is not as tall as Mike.,3.倍数+as+adj原形+as 表示一方相当与另一方的几倍时,Tom 比Mike年纪大三倍。 Tom is three times as old as Mike.,1.adj比较级+than（一方程度较高时）,形容词比较级的常用句型,我们的学校比他们的大。 Our school is
6、larger than theirs.,2.倍数+adj比较级+than(表倍数),这棵树比那棵树高两倍。 This tree is twice taller than that tree.,表示倍数：,我们的房间比他们的大二倍。 Our room is twice larger than theirs.,我们的房间是他们的三倍。 Our room is three times as large as theirs.,3.表示数量时:数量词+adj比较级+than 我比你大20岁。 I am twenty years older than you.,表示不及另一方时，使用“less+adj原级
