Currently China is confronted with high fi nancial debts, making impos
8、sible the implementation of economic policies and measures and consequently turning them into pressures and constraints. It can be said that the dynamic accumulation of Chinese local government debt risks, if not resolved timely, will break out at certain point, thus constituting a hidden threat tha
9、t might shake the whole economic security and social stability.It is suggested that local government debt should be given enough attention; after in-depth analysis of the causes and characteristics of local government debt, solutions to the local government debt risks is recommended.
