1、国内外智慧城市建设模式研究The Research of The Mode of Smart City Construction at Home and Abroad摘要国内外智慧城市建设模式研究城市化迅猛发展，在城市的人口不断膨胀的情况下，对于提升城市居民的生活质量和便利程度，信息化扮演着不可小觑的重要角色。在信息化迅速发展的当下，城市生活也通过信息技术连结起来，在为城市居民提供方便的同时，在科技方面也得到了迅速的提升。智慧城市的推广为居民带来了更便捷和更舒适的生 活，为城市管理者的协调管理等多方面工作提供了辅助和协调的功能。科技的进步和人们知识水平的提高不断为智慧城市的建设扫清障碍，为信息
2、化及高速运转的城市发展创造了良好的智慧环境。智慧城市正在以惊人的速度在我们身边发展着， 在信 息技术的高度发展下， 城市居民在交通方式、生活模式、工作环境和各项拈础设施方面都体验着前所未有的便利和快捷。一个合适的智慧城市建设模式 会对当地经济和科研起到较大促进作用。一个合适的发展模式，其中的高新技术比如互联网的超级计算机和数据处理，产品开发，制造和计算机技术的应用，这些高科技资本密集型产业，会给当地带来新的经济增长点，这些高新技术对于当地的科研实力也是一个很大的提升，相适合的建设模式会很好地调动本地企业和科研单位的积极性，是企业看到更多的有着巨大效益的项目，这对于推动当地经济发展起到了很好的作
3、用。相反一个不适合当地的建设模式只会无休止的投资， 看不到效益的回报，因此企业和科研单位的积极性就不会很高。本文通过对比国内外智慧城市建设的现状，从国外几个典型的智慧城市建设的建设背景、建设内容、建设步骤、建设成功的关键因素分析等几个方面为分析出发点，探索出国外智慧城市建设的几种主要的建设模式。并对国内目前智慧城市建设的基本情况进行分析以及对建设过程中出现的主要问题进行总结，并对国内智慧城市的关键因素进行分析，最终得出几种适合我国智慧城市建设的模式， 对我国智慧城市的建设起到一点借鉴作用。关键词：智慧城市，建设模式，比较分析AbstractThe Research of The Mode of

The smart city is developing at an alarming rate all around us, in a high degree of IT development, urban residents in the mode of transportation, lifestyle, work environment and the infrastructure have experienced unprecedented convenience and fast. A smart city construction mod
8、e will the local economy and scientific research to play a larger role in promoting. An appropriate development model, in which high-tech supercomputer such as the Internet and data processing, product development, manufacturing and application of computer technology, these high-tech capital-intensi
9、ve industries, the local will bring new economic growth point, these high-tech technology for the local scientific research strength is greatly improved, the appropriate mode of construction would do well to mobilize the enthusiasm of the local enterprises and research institutes, enterprises see mo
