5、 问题， 对公司导入员工职业生涯规划体系进行了较为全面的研究。 鉴于上述原因和理由， 也是本文研究的价值和意义。 本文研究的目的在于:通过对职业发展理论的探讨研究，并结合 A 供电企业目前员 工职业生涯发展的现状，力求理论结合实际提高其可操作性，把员工职业生涯规划方法 真正运用到 A 供电企业中，改变 A 供电企业对员工职业生涯发展重视不够、认识模糊 的现状。通过对不同员工及其工作的特点分析，以及员工的行为动力结构和流动的原因 研究， 为 A 供电企业的员工职业生涯规划应用提出新的视角， 为改进和提高企业的员工 职业生涯规划与管理水平提供指导与借鉴。 本论文总体采用的是一种个案研究方法， 在具
6、体实施过程中主要采用了介入式观察 法、 个体访谈法与问卷调查法。 在 A 供电企业普遍缺乏员工职业生涯规划的现实背景下， 本文为其导入员工职业生涯规划与管理提供了一套完整的设计思路和实施对策， 以期对 A 供电企业员工职业生涯规划与管理提供理论和实践上的指导。 关键词：职业生涯；职业生涯规划；职业发展通道 II ABSTRACT Staff career management has become a vital and innovative work to the current development of enterprise and human resources management
7、.By actualizing the staff career management,enterprise will achieve a win-win business purposes,then enhance their ability of market comPetition and development potential of staff.Using the theory of staff career management,this PaPer,which based on extensive investigations,analyses the current situ
8、ation and existing problems of employee career management at recent stage,researehes compreh ensively on the enterprises importing staff career planning.
