1、60世界建筑 2013/03我 们 认 为， 这 座 图 书 馆 是 对 书 本 自 身 的 一 种 隐 喻，是 吸 引 你 的 封 面， 让 你 只 能 瞥 见 它 们 所 包 含 的 故 事 中的很小一部分。故事，所有的故事，都源自想象。这 也 是 我 们 试 图 建 造 图 书 馆 的 方 法， 把 建 筑 塑 造为 造 型 简 单 却 富 于 神 秘 感 的 封 面， 使 它 成 为 一 个 抽 象的物体。 图 书 馆 面 向 供 人 们 步 行 的 林 荫 大 道 敞 开， 位 于 一片 8 层 高 的 居 住 街 区 尽 端， 它 通 过 材 料 的 选 择 和 拒 绝一般创作标准
2、的姿态形成自己的个性。另 一 方 面， 当 我 们 走 近 它 时， 明 显 的 不 透 明 感 又随 即 消 逝， 建 筑 面 向 其 周 边 的 人 群 呈 现 开 放 的 姿 态。因 此， 考 虑 到 周 边 街 区 的 不 同 标 高， 建 筑 物 开 设 了 3处 入 口 即 一 处 供 团 体 使 用 的 次 要 入 口， 位 于 最 底层， 还 有 另 两 处 位 于 其 他 立 面 上 的 入 口， 直 接 通 往 主大 厅 层。 这 两 处 入 口 的 其 中 一 处 面 向 林 荫 大 道 开 放，以 建 筑 上 的 大 尺 度 开 口 为 标 志， 并 能 由 这 里 看
3、 见 室 内。在 这 一 节 点 上， 位 于 空 间 上 方 的 封 闭 盒 子 向 前 突 出，形 成 了 一 处 有 遮 蔽 的 区 域， 它 与 主 楼 梯 共 同 成 为 一 处出 入 过 渡 的 衔 接 空 间。 另 一 处 更 次 要 的 入 口 用 作 无 障碍通道，并通往与之相邻的文化中心。建 筑 是 一 个 高 密 度、 空 间 集 约 而 封 闭 的 实 体， 中间 穿 插 了 6 个 圆 形 的 内 部 庭 院， 它 们 能 够 捕 捉 自 然 光线，并把天空的景象引入阅读区。实 体 内 部 的 不 同 空 间 分 布 在 4 个 不 同 的 楼 层， 每一 处 都 有

5、allecaS, SPaiN, 2007其 内 部 却 因 为 庭 院 的 设 计 而 充 满 了 柔 和 的 光 线。 这 些空 间 既 通 透 又 内 省， 共 同 形 成 了 匀 质 而 无 等 级 差 异 的空 间 结 构， 你 可 以 很 容 易 地 在 其 中 徜 徉， 并 为 其 安 宁的氛围所着迷。施工建设建 筑 结 构 限 定 了 不 同 的 空 间 ， 并 赋 予 其 不 同 的品 质 。 我 们 在 混 凝 土 的 基 础 上 建 造 了 一 座 体 量 轻 盈的 结 构 ， 所 有 的 空 间 都 将 自 身 的 结 构 展 现 出 来 。 在较 低 的 几 层 楼 面
6、 中 ， 立 柱 倾 向 于 唤 醒 建 筑 物 的 活 泼性 格 。在 顶 层， 受 力 结 构 则 集 中 分 布 在 建 筑 周 边 和 庭 院之 中， 并 由 此 对 空 间 进 行 分 配。 若 干 庭 院 形 成 了 覆 盖玻 璃 的 结 构 网 格， 它 们 将 自 然 光 线 引 入 室 内， 并 开 拓了室内的视野。通 风 立 面 由 曲 折 度 很 大 的 波 形 钢 板 建 成， 除 此 之外没有其他能够突出其存在的辅助要素。 玻 璃 墙 面 没 有 玻 璃 框， 从 地 面 到 天 花 板 通 高， 由此形成的反射面仅在不可避免的地方才会被打断。 地 面 也 同 样 以
7、 连 续 的 建 筑 要 素 覆 盖， 并 利 用 不 同的 色 彩 区 分 各 个 区 域。 其 余 的 部 分 都 留 白， 让 他 者 说话。可持续性在 项 目 的 可 持 续 性 概 念 方 面， 我 们 决 定 仅 采 用 被动式的设计策略，即 ： 广泛利用自然采光 ； 设计能够通风的立面 ； 通 过 主 要 楼 面 上 的 可 伸 缩 遮 阳 篷 和 较 低 楼 层 边缘的逐层退后来控制夏季的直射光线 ； 采 用 圆 形 的 楼 层 平 面 形 状 减 少 立 面 面 积， 并 由此减少能耗。（徐知兰 译）121 外景/Exterior view（摄影/Photo: EXIT Ar

Covers that attract you and let you see only
9、a little fragment of the stories they contain. Stories, all of them, born from imagination.This is the way the library is tried to be built, as an enigmatic cover with a plain shape that makes it an abstract object. The library opens itself to a pedestrian boulevard, at the end of a residential 8-oo
10、r blocks area, getting its identity through materials and rejecting composition criteria.On the other hand, as we get close to it, the apparent opacity disappears and the building opens itself to people circulation. This way, considering the different levels of the surrounding streets, three entranc
11、es are open: one secondary, for groups, in the lowest level, and two more, on the other facades, which get to the main hall level. From the two latter, one of them opens to the boulevard and is signified with a big crack in the building which allows to see the interior. At this point the upper herme
12、tic box is brought forward to generate a covered area that, together with the main staircase, congure a relation area between in and out. The other access, less important, serves as an accessible way to handicapped people and as connection with the adjacent Cultural Center.The building is conceived

In the lower levels the pillars are
15、inclined to evoke the dynamic character of the building.In the upper level the structure is concentrated in the perimeter and the courtyards, and congures as well the space. The courtyards become a structural grid covered with glass that allow the lighting and widen visually the room.The ventilated
16、facade is made with a big-wave undulated steel sheet and without supplementary elements that could emphasize its presence. The glass walls have no proles and reach from the oor to the ceiling, so that the reection gets only interrupted by the unavoidable need to divide them in different pieces.
