6、我国实施的情况如何， 在培养应用型人才培养的过程中，还有哪些地方需要完善，研究和解决这些问题 有利于推动我国产学研合作教育的发展。 本文运用文献综述法，首先分析了产学研办学模式和应用型人才培养的国内 外现状并对相关概念进行界定；其次是分析产学研合作教育的理论基础；第三章， 在回顾产学研合作教育的历史后，通过对现行应用型人才培养模式出现的问题进 行剖析，进而陈述产学研办学模式对应用型人才培养的重要性，同时聚焦我国现 有的几种典型的合作教育模式的特点和问题，并对问题的成因进行分析；第四章 从中国近代教育的历史出发，探索应用型人才培养的起源，并对应用型人才的社 会需求状况进行了分析；最后一章，通过借
7、鉴国外合作教育模式，从内部保障与 外部机制这两方面对产学研办学模式提出自己的建议。文章最后指出本研究的不 足之处以及未来研究方向。 本文希望通过对现行本科院校产学研办学模式的剖析，提出相应的建议，能 够对今后产学研合作教育的发展有一定的帮助。 关键词：产学研办学模式；地方本科院校；应用型人才；途径 产学研办学模式下地方本科院校培养应用型人才的途径 II Abstract The main responsibilities of practical local universities is cultivating practical talents and serving for the lo
8、cal industrials and enterprises, for the purpose of promoting economic and social development in this region. For this reason, production-teaching-research cooperative education is the key point to achieving the application talents of such kind of universities. The document of National Long-term Edu
9、cation Reform and Development Plan Outline offer a task about optimizing the structure of higher education, at the same time, the local universities should develop their characteristic. The document also emphasis on the close integration between higher education and regional economy development. The
10、refore, what is the operating situation and problems about the production-teaching-research cooperative education in our country, and how to improve it. To study and solve these problems have a significant meaning to promoting the development of cooperative education. This Research utilizes document
11、ary method to analyzing its current situation of production-teaching-research education pattern and cultivation for Applicative Talents. Then, analyze the theoretical basis of production-teaching-research cooperative education. In the third part, based on the modern Chinese history and explore the o
12、rigins of application talents. What is more, the author try to analyzing the connotation and social demand conditions of the applied talents from different perspective. In the fourth part, after reviewing the history of the cooperation of education, the author declare the significance of the product
13、ion-teaching-research education pattern to the cultivation of application talents through analyzing the problem of current mode. Furthermore, this paper list three types of typical mode we current use including its characteristic and problems, and analyze the reason. In the last part, the author tak
14、es Germany, American and England as an example, giving some recommendation about cooperative mode from interior assurance and exterior mechanism this two aspects. In the end, it points out some shortages and future study direction. Based upon the analyzing of current production-teaching-research coo
15、perative mode in local universities, this paper aim to promoting the development of production-teaching-research cooperative education according to my recommendation.
