6、uranceSystemandFunction 质量保证体系 3.1.OrganizationandStructure 建立质量保证体系组织机构 Establishqualityassuranceandeffectivequalitycontrolsystembeforeconstruc tioninordertoensuretherealizationofconstructionqualityobjective.(Asfors ystemorganization,seetheChartattachedherewith). 为确保工程施工质量达到既定目标及在施工过程中工程质量得到有效控制，在工
7、程 开工前建立本工程的质量保证体系，质保体系组织机构如下图。 4.Work-PostResponsibility 质量体系人员职责 4.1.ResponsibilityofProjectManager 项目经理职责 Organizeandestablishthequalitysystemandputitintoeffectiveoperation.Supe rviseandinspecttheresponsibilityandauthoritylimitofrelevantdepartmentan dresponsiblepersonoftheProjectDepartmenttomainta
