2、的时间。在整个社会对高压电气供应的依赖性日益强烈的今天,当发生因高压电气设备故障而引起的损失是无法估量的,除了人为的操作不当及自然条件的突变所引起的高压电气损坏而无法预知外,正常情况下,通过对高压电气设备寿命的正常评估,适时的进行检修及维护,可以提高系统的可靠性,降低故障几率,实现设备利用率最大化。因此设备寿命的评估方法就应运而生。基于目前高压电气企业设备管理现状,引进全生命周期成本理论并构建其核算模型,从设计机制、招标方式,维修方式,基础数据库四个方面分析了影响设备全生命周期成本的主要因素,提出应用全生命周期成本理论进行设备管理的对策建议。高压电气设备全寿命周期管理是优化高压电气设备成本效益

3、的重要手段。高压电气设备全寿命周期管理通过在规划、立项、设计和设备招投标等决策环节将建设和运行阶段进行通盘考虑,以实现高压电气设备全寿命周期成本最低为目标,寻找一次投入与运行维护费用二者之间的最佳结合点,从而改变割裂二者关系、片面追求一次投资最低的做法,有效地实现高压电气设备全寿命周期各个阶段的衔接。达到高压电气设备质量的优良和运行维护费用的优化,从而非常显著地降低高压电气设备全寿命周期的总体成本,提高公司高压电气设备的运营效率。本课题主要目标是通过制定高压电气设备全寿命周期成本(简称:“LCC”)构成和口径及其归集分摊方式、设计成本评价指标体系,形成精益化高压电气设备全寿命周期成本管理体系该

4、成本评价方法将大幅提高高压电气设备密集型公司的高压电气设备核算、财务管理的水平,给投资决策提供原始数据的支持,同时可以进一步强化科学管理,控制成本支出,使各项成本更趋于合理化,提高生产效率,提升管理水平。关键词:全生命周期成本;模型构建;影响因素;对策建议ABSTRACTThe high-voltage electrical equipment life, the life of high voltage electrical safety, refers to the high-voltage electrical equipment to maintain or basically to
