5、法企业多项目管理。本文正是基于以上背景，充分运用理论研究和实证研究相结合的方式，阐述了湖南邮电智系统工程有限公司实施多项目进度管理的必要性和实际意义。同时，为了确保本文集制订的改善方案能适应于公司的发展，较好的使用目前较新的研究成果，本文就多项目管理和多项目进度管理做了大量的文献研究，对项目管理的理论、多项目管理、多项目进度管理的理论进行了探讨。在理论研究的基础上，本文对湖南邮电智能的发展历程、组织结构项目特点、多项目管理现状进行了深入研究，在此基础上提ft湖南邮电智能多项目进度管理存在的问题。结合以上理论研究与实践分析，本文紧紧切合湖南邮电智能多项目进度管理存在的问题，提ft了系统的改善方案
6、。改善方案主要从工作流程再造、项目进度计划制订、资源配置、计划跟踪计划和风险管控五个方面进行系统的分析。最后，为确保改善方案的有效实施，结合湖南邮电智能的公司现状和战略需要，本文介绍了改善方案的实施步骤，并提ft了改善方案实施所需的支持措施。本文的研究成果具有一定的理论意义和实践意义。本文从最为基础也是最重要的项目管理这个角度进行了一些初步探索，为以湖南邮电智能为代表的中型系统集成企业，如何在竞争日趋激烈的市场经济时代，在客户要求越来越个性化的环境下进行高效的多 项目进度管理指明了一条切实可行的道路，即在追求越来越高利润的同时，充分利用现 代多项目管理的思想武装自己，确保各项目如期交付，向管理

Facing only a project for a customized enterprise has become less and less. Instead, many different types of projects need be done at the same time for a resource -l
8、imited enterprise. How to finish the projects effectivly and low-costly at the same time has become concern for the enterprise. For using resources and achieving the expected effect, enterprises usually adopt a new management method - enterprise multi-project management.This paper was based on the a
9、bove background, making full use of theoretical research and empirical research combined, elaborated the necessity and the practical significance for Hunan Post & Telecom Smart System Engineering CO.LTD implementing multi-project schedule management. At the same time, in order to ensure that the imp
10、rovement programs can be adapted to the companys development, and better using newer research, the paper has a large number of literature research on the theory of project management, multi-project management, multi-project schedule management theory. On the basis of theoretical research, this paper
11、 had ndertook thorough research on development, organizational structure, project characteristics, and multi-project management current situation for Hunan Post & Telecom, put forward on problems of project schedule management for Hunan Post & Telecom. On a combination of the above theoretical resea
12、rch and practical analysis, this paper put forward system improvement programs by closely attatching to problems for the enterprise. The improved program contans mainly five aspects, such as process reengineering, project scheduling, resource allocation, plan check and risk control. Finally, in orde
13、r to ensure the scheme implementated effectivly, combining with the current situation and strategic needs for the company, this paper introduces the implementation steps, and put forward the measures improvement required for supporting the scheme.This research has certain theory and the practical si
