Another vital flaw that renders this conclusion groundless is that the author fails to establish the causal relationship between customers no feedback with their satisfaction of the caf. Without furthe

12、r evidence, we cannot rule out the possibility that customers are too busy to fill out a long form or answer a complex question to evaluate the cafs products and service. A worse situation is that customers are too angry and discontent with the caf that they just leave the caf once and for all. Even

13、 though just a few customers have some dissatisfactions about the caf, the caf still should not neglect these suggestions and complaints. Some comments might be representative of customers attitude, such as the need for dimmer lights, gentler music, or more friendly service. If some simple measures

14、were taken to improve these situations, the caf might have a greater profit; if not, it might face a serious customer-lost problem. The following is part of a business plan created by the management of the Megamart grocery store. “Our total sales have increased this year by 20 percent since we added

15、 a pharmacy section to our grocery store. Clearly, the customers main concern is the convenience afforded by one-stop shopping. The surest way to increase our profits over the next couple of years, therefore, is to add a clothing department along with an automotive supplies and repair shop. We shoul

16、d also plan to continue adding new departments and services, such as a restaurant and a garden shop, in subsequent years.
