2、 要 全球经济一体化的来临，企业之间需要高度信息的共享，流程全面整合。将内部 ERP 的概 念延伸到企业外部资源，合作企业通过交互管理可以及时获取客户需求和产品、服务信息，可以 实现采购、生产、物流的最优路线，实现整个关联企业组成价值链的管理达到改善供应链管理、 完善风险管理提高整个价值链企业的竞争力。网络通信，互联网技术和面对企业应用集成 （Enterprise Application Intergration，EAI）的发展为协同商务提供了技术支持。 本文主要分析研究主流协同商务数据交换的框架和标准协议规范，本文介绍集组织模型、业 务流程和信息技术、分析设计开发为一体的协同商务数据交换平台
3、的系统构建过程。由于 ERP 厂商都有各自的接口 API，本文旨在采用国际先进的供应链协同技术，有效解决多个物流环节之 间的协调、数据交换以及业务综合处理。为上层的 ERP 应用提供统一的接口。并集成传统数据 交换的计算技术，建立接口满足新旧个性化系统连接需要. 本文研究协同商务数据交换的主要计算机技术有建立网络文件服务器设立共享目录，传统文 件传输服务 FTP，SAP 开发技术。本文研究使用了：OLE 访问标准文檔数据，FTP 连接操作， HTTP 交互访问，XML 商务数据规范，RosettaNet 行业协议，SAP 连接集成技术 RFC、BAPI、IDOC、EAI、BOP。 【关键词】E
