1、学 海 无 涯 1 一、专利文献翻译要求 1. 公司对翻译质量要求很严格，请尽量忠实原文进行翻译，勿丢失内容；PCT 申请中存在的错误也不必改正，稍作标记即可； 2. 同一篇专利文件中的词语、 术语翻译必须前后一致， 可在 word 文档中以全文 取代方式确保之； 3. 同一篇专利文件中意思相近的词语尽量以不同的中文翻出，例如：element/ 元件、component/部件、member/构件、part/零件； 4. 二、专利说明书的几大部分 Title of invention 发明名称 Background of the invention 发明背景 Field of the inven

12、为 1， 学 海 无 涯 6 而 Y 为 2。 ” ； 在 include, , and 的句型中，一般 and 后为最后一个词，另外注意 使用顿号； and 连接两个组合词时， 有时有些词省略了， 如 clone and expression vectors， 这里 and 后的组合词一般为复数，如果译为“克隆和表达载体”容易让人误解为 一种载体，应译为“克隆载体和表达载体” 。 6. 较短的定语最后放在中心词之前。 7. 在 A was (were) perpared by doing, doing , and doing的句型中， 如果 by doing, doing , and doi
13、ng不是很长的话，最好先译 by。另外注意几个 doing 是并列的。也可以译为“通过如下方式制备 A： doing , and doing： ” 8. 注意 and 或 or，它们连接的是并列的句子或并列的成份，连接的两个成份的 词性应是相同的。 9. upon很多时候相当于 on。 10. 注意插入语， 插入语往往由两个逗号分开， 注意不要让插入语影响句子分析， 应该将插入语两边的语法成分连起来看。 11. 长句子注意断句，中文的句子不要太长。 12. 注意使用 “因为（由于）所以（因此） ” 、 “虽然（尽管）但（但是） ” 、 “如果那么（则） ”等等，以使意思更加明确。 13. 五、
