12、ed 必须下达“疏散”命令 Continuous public announcement 广播系统将连续地播出疏散通告,22,主要活动 一级火警启动,30秒内在火警控制面板上对火警进行确认 （是/否）,ERT发出一级火警信号 (最长4分钟限时ERT进行调查),ERT携带适当的灭火器材赶赴火警现场调查,是否真正起火? （是/否）,否:重置系統回正常模式 (4分钟限时內重置系统),完成火警记录或火灾意外报告,是：ERT尝试扑救,在调查時限內成功扑灭火灾（是/否),否：ERT 组长作根据实际情况決定启动二級或三級号,2号或3号火警启动,否,是,4分钟 开始,否,是,否,是,MAJOR ACTIVIT
