I play football every Wednesday with a gr
3、oup of my friends. I try to go swimming at least once a week. I do karate on Friday evenings at a club. I sometimes play cricket or basketball in the summer in my local park. I occasionally play rugby in the winter with a team from work. I sometimes play cards when its raining.,What do you usually d
4、o to keep fit?,I exercise my body everyday to keep fit. I like different sports . Sometimes I go for a swim, or walk, or jog, and sometimes I play a game of football or tennis. Among the sports, I like football best. And I try to play football everyday. I think our body needs a regular exercise. So
5、if it rains, I will go to the gym to take exercise.
