1、中国企业对外直接投资风险分析及对策摘 要改革开放30多年来，中国企业对外直接投资的区域和范围不断扩大，在全球对外直接投资流量和存量中所占比例也越来越高，对中国经济的持续快速发展以及中国企业国际竞争力的逐渐提高产生了巨大的推动作用。中国企业像华为、海尔、联想等通过绿地投资、收购兼并以及组建战略联盟等方式进行对外直接投资，取得了较为理想的效果。然而，随着对外直接投资规模的急剧扩大和海外资产份额的快速提升，中国企业对外直接投资的风险也日益增大。尤其是近年来，随着国际政治经济形势动荡的加剧，如何加强对外直接投资的风险控制已成为中国企业提高海外投资绩效的重中之重。在上述背景下，本文将对现阶段我国企业对外
2、直接投资的现状进行比较深入和细致的分析，探索中国对外直接投资的理论基础，研究在中国这样一个国内市场潜力巨大、处于经济转型期的发展中国家的对外直接投资行为与特征，以及对外直接投资中所面临的风险和防范措施，通过研究不仅丰富了对外直接投资的相关理论，而且对于增强我国经济国际竞争力、提升我国对外直接投资大国地位以及加快融入世界经济进程也有着不可估量的实践价值。本文共分为六章，第一章为绪论。首先提出论文的研究背景和意义，然后对对外投资风险问题的相关文献进行了介绍和评述。目的是希望能够从中获得一些借鉴和启示，为本文的研究寻求理论基础；第二章对我国企业对外投资现状方面进行客观分析，并分析我国企业对外直接投资
3、风险的现状；第三章针对上述中国企业对外直接投资现状的分析，提出在直接投资的过程中产生的风险原因；第四章案例分析，以海尔集团海外投资案例解析，进行阐述中国企业对外直接投资的风险问题；第五章从实际出发提出防范和解决对外直接投资风险的措施。第六章是结论与展望。关键词：对外直接投资 投资风险 风险管理 Abstract30 years of reform and opening up, and the area of foreign direct investment of Chinese enterprises continues to expand, in the global foreign d

15、交通运输设备等行业的出口。传统上，我国对外直接投资主要集中在商务服务业。但是，随着对外直接投资的大量兴起，我国国外承包工程将会发展很快。另外，对外直接投资有助于我国释放产能压力，有助于国内固定资产投资引发的经济波动。然而，中国企业在对外直接投资的过程中仍存在一些问题，而我国现行的政策还存在诸多不足之处，使某些企业有空可钻，对境外投资的企业监督力度不够。同时，进行对外投资过程中，面临着诸多风险，如政治风险、经济风险、市场风险、经营风险和技术风险等等，每一种风险的发生都有可能给企业带来无法弥补的损失，这就要求企业具备敏锐的风险意识和较强的风险管理能力。因此，系统研究中国企业对外投资的现状，对现状加以系统地风险分析，提出相关对策，指导中国企业更好地对外直接投资，使中国企业进一步走向世界，具有重大的理论意义。1.1.2 实际意义随着中国经济的快速发展和经济全球化的推进，中国企业这几年掀起了一阵海外直接投资的热潮，据统计，自从中国加入WTO等国际组织，中国的海外投资规模在大幅度的扩大。2002年中国对外直接投资金额为27亿美元，2013年这一数字已增至1078亿美元。中国2014年全年对外直接投资首次破千亿美元，达到1029亿美元。按这一趋势，中国对外投资将继续快于吸收外资，即将成为对外净投资国。但是，与此同时，在2010年底对2008年1月-2010年6月间中国企业海外并购
