1、靖远煤业集团公司职工文体活动中心施工组织设计作者姓名： 李文杰 学 号：200703010428 专 业： 土木工程（建筑方向 ） 指导教师：周 舒 【摘要】本施工组织设计是针对靖远煤业集团公司职工文体活动中心工程设计方案实施性文件。编制时对项目管理机构设置、施工总体部署、施工准备、主要部分分项工程施工方法、工程质量保证措施、安全及文明施工措施、施工现场管理措施等诸多因素尽可能充分考虑，突出科学性、实用性及针对性，是确保优质、低耗、安全、文明、高速完成全部施工任务的重要经济技术文件。本设计主要包括以下内容：工程施工组织设计书、施工平面布置图、横道图及网络图。为确保工期、质量及安全、文明工地、节

13、ule; Construction scheme.目 录第1章 前言1.1选题依据及其意义施工组织设计是建筑企业和施工项目经理部施工管理活动的重要技术经济文件，也是完成国家和地区工程建设计划的重要手段。而组织项目施工时为了更好地落实、控制和协调其施工组织设计的实施过程。选择其意义在于施工组织设计是施工准备工作的一项重要内容，同时又是指导其他各项准备工作的依据；通过编制施工组织设计，充分考虑了施工中可能遇到的困难与障碍，并事先设法予以解决或排除，从而提高了施工的预见性，减少了盲目性，为实现建设目标提供了技术保证；为拟建工程所制定的施工方案和施工进度等，是指导现场施工活动的基本依据；对施工场地所作
14、的规划与布置，为现在文明施工创造了条件。1.2研究现状要组织管理好一个工程项目，首先是要有一本先进合理、切实可行的施工组织设计。一、施工组织设计的编制现状与不足任何工程项目都有一本施工组织设计，由于规范及范本对施工组织设计的编制只是建议书类型，而业主在招投标过程中对编写施工组织设计的格式要求又各不相同，再加上编制施工组织设计人员的水平参差不齐，使得施工组织设计在格式和内容上、深度和广度上千姿百态、极其混乱，严重制约着施工组织设计作用的发挥。第2章 工程概况及施工目标2.1工程概况本工程建筑地点位于靖远煤业集团有限责任公司街区，工程长50.8m，宽58.4m，总建筑面积为4591.54。为一层框架结构，局部二层。基础形式
