3、46.1总结446.2展望44参考文献45致谢46摘要市场需求的快速变化和全球经济一体化极大地拓展了制造活动的深度和广度,产品价值结构、生产成本和响应速度越来越取决于制造信息和知识,信息因素正迅速成为制约现代制造系统的主导因素,这对制造科学提出了新的要求。在制造业信息化的大背景下,现代企业对各种应用系统提出了信息集成的要求,产品设计的CAD和工艺设计的CAPP长期以来都是处在各自发展起来的信息孤岛状态。研究如何实现CAD与CAPP真正信息集成具有重要意义。本文在现有的产品设计软件基础上,通过开发新的模块,增强此类软件的CAD与CAPP功能,减少了在设计过程中不必要的人机交互操作,从而提高该软件

4、在一些特殊场合的智能化设计能力;同时,研究了在并行工程的环境下如何利用特征技术将原有离散孤立的CAD与CAPP系统进行集成,以达到设计和制造过程中的信息共享与交互。产品开发人员在产品研发一开始就考虑产品整个生命周期中从产品概念形成到产品报的所有因素,其中包括质量、成本、进度计划和用户要求等因素,这样可以提高产品一次性制造成功率,降低成本,缩短产品开发周期,增强产品竞争力。为此,主要做了以下工作:1.在分析产品并行开发过程特点的基础上,提出了产品并行设计系统的总体结构和并行环境下零件可制造性能设计框架。2.以特征信息为载体,研究了基于STEP标准的CAD/CAPP集成的关键技术和实现手段。3.研

5、究了采用VB对Solidwokrs进行二次开发关键技术的方法,调用SolidwokrsAPI函数,提取Soildwokrs操作平台下的特征树中所有特征信息,将提取的信息导入数据库,供CAPP调用。4.研究开发了面向客户定制的产品信息模块,并以齿轮产品为例,实现了相应的参数化CAD模块的开发;将开发出的CAD模块嵌入到Solidwokrs软件中,实现了应用程序的菜单扩展。5.探讨了CAPP系统自动从STEP文件获取几何信息和工艺信息,经过推理专家系统,自动产生零件的机械加工工艺过程;给出了Solidworks平台上的CAPPworkS工艺设计实例。关键词:并行工程,参数化设计,特征技术,信息AB

6、STRACT Fast changes of Market demands and global economic integration have influenced the depth and breadth of manufacturing activities enormously. The value structure of products, production cost and responsive speed are more and more decided by the manufacturing information and knowledge. And the

7、information is rapidly become the leading factor to restrict the modern manufacturing system; therefore this phenomenon calls for the new requests to manufacturing science and technology.Under the background of the informalization for manufacture industry, the information integration for many kinds

8、of application systems is requested in a modern enterprise. CAD for product design and CAPP for technological design are the isolated information islands for long time since they were developed respectively. Therefore, it is very important to study the information integration of CAD and CAPP. Base o

9、n the existing software for product design, by means of developing one new module, the functions of CAD and CAPP are strengthened by the author, the unnecessary man-machine interaction operation is also reduced in the design process, and therefore the intelligent designing capacity of this software

10、is enhanced in some special occasions. Simultaneously, by means of characteristics technology under concurrent engineering environment, the integration of isolated CAD and CAPP is studied for the information sharing and alternation in the product designing andmanufacturing process. At the beginning

11、of developing new products, engineers should consider all factors which are effective for these products from their conceptive designing stage to discarded stage, and include the quality, cost, progress plan and user requests in entire product life cycle. Therefore, the success ratio in product manu

12、facturing can be improved, the cost and developing cycle reduced, and the competitive ability of products also enhanced. The author has mainly completed the following works: 1 .Base on the analysis of the characteristics in product concurrent exploitation, the overall structure of product concurrent

13、 designing system is proposed, andde signing frame for the manufacturing feasibility of its accessories under the parallel environment also presented. 2. To take characteristic intOrmation as the carrier, the key technologies and realizing method for CAD/CAPP integration have studied base on STEP st

14、andard. 3. By means of VB, the key technologies in re-developing Solidworks are studied. Using API function of Solidworks, all characteristic information in characteristic tree under the operating platform of Solidworks is extracted. The extractive information is inducted into the database and appli

15、ed by CAPP. 4. The product information module for customers is researched. Taking a gear product as the example, a corresponding module of the parametric CAD has developed. Embedding this CAD module in Solidworks system, its applied procedure menu is expanded. 5. The machine-finishing technical process has been discussed and by means of the expert system, this process is realized by CAPP system automatically to gain the geometry information and the craft information from STEP docume
