According to traditional standards of the United Nations,the people over the age of 60 reach 10% of the total population in an area, the new standard is people over 65 years old accounted for 7% of the total pop
3、ulation,then regarding the region as entered the aging society.,老龄社会是指老年人口占总人口达到或超过一定的比例的人口结构模型。按照联合国的传统标准是一个地区60岁以上老人达到总人口的10%，新标准是65岁老人占总人口的7%，即该地区视为进入老龄化社会。,Chinese Academy of Social Sciences pointed that over the next 30 years, the absolute number of population aging speed and the elderly popula

7、population has an effect on investment, consumer savings and tax, at the same time, the aging of the population causes declination of working-age population .,老龄化速度和老年人口的绝对数增长快，未富先老，对经济压力大，人口分布不均和高龄化十分明显，中国的老龄化和资本主义国家的老龄化相比，带有明显的中国特色，集中体现在老龄化速度快、人口分布不均衡、高龄人口持续增长、绝对数量大、老龄化超前于经济发展水平和农村老龄化问题突出等方面。人口老龄化
