1、Fox-ERP质量管理系统FoxERP质量管理系统-毕业设计(论文) 指 导 老 师 专 业 计算机应用与维护 姓 名 班 级 04512 组 员 成都电子机械高等专科学校2007年6月9日 摘 要 ERP是由美国GartnerGroupInc.公司于20世纪90年代初提出的，是信息时代的现代企业向国际化发展的更高层管理模式。ERP管理思想主要体现了供应链管理SCM（SupplyChainManagement）的思想，还吸纳了准时生产JIT(JustInTime)、精良生产、并行工程、敏捷制造等先进管理思想。ERP既继承了MRP管理模式的精华，又在许多方面对MRP进行了扩充：于ERP代表了当代
2、的先进企业管理模式与技术，并能够解决企业提高整体管理效率和市场竞争力问题，近年来ERP系统在国内外得到了广泛推广应用。随着信息技术、先进制造技术的不断发展，企业对于ERP的需求日益增加，进一步促进了ERP技术向新一代ERP或后ERP的发展。 我国开展MRP/ERP的研究与应用已有20多年历史，经历了由初步应用到推广应用、由MRP到ERP、由ERP技术研究到ERP产品开发进而发展成ERP产业的不同阶段。我国的有些高校和研究所也开始了关于MRP的技术研究工作。早期的MRP应用系统比较强调物料库存管理与生产计划，且多采用的是主机/终端式计算机系统。早期的MRP应用企业取得了较明显的效益，并为我国制造
3、企业展示了现代企业管理模式。 ERP深入应用与ERP产业蓬勃发展阶段（21世纪）：进入2000年以来，随着中央提出以信息化带动工业化战略，我国企业信息化与现代化发展步伐明显加快。特别是，科技部提出了制造业信息化工程、经贸委提出了企业信息化行动，带动和掀起了我国企业应用ERP的高潮。近两年，我国众多企业在积极实施ERP系统，现已有数千家企业应用ERP系统。有些早期实施MRP的企业在使其系统升级为ERP系统，并在不断深化应用，功能更加强大，集成化程度越来越高。先进的ERP管理系统提高了企业的市场竞争力，获得显著经济效益。巨大的ERP市场也刺激了国产化ERP产品应用的不断深入和我国ERP软件产业的迅
4、速发展，现已有国产化ERP软件商数十家之多。十五863计划也在大力支持和推动ERP管理系统的研究，并重点支持了10个ERP软件产品的研发，对ERP应用实施和产业发展产生较大影响和推动作用。ERP系统应用实施的热潮正在全国各省市全面铺开，并在制造业信息化工程中发挥着积极推动作用。在网络化信息时代，制造业的竞争焦点已从单一企业间的竞争转化为跨企业的生产体系间的竞争。企业正在把基于内部功能最优化的垂直一体化组织转变为更灵活的以核心能力为基础的实体组织，并努力使企业在供应链和价值网络中找到最佳定位。这种定位的不仅相关于所从事B2B和B2C电子商务，还参于协同商务过程。新一代ERP应当支持这种扩展型企业
5、在电子商务环境下的企业间协同经营与运作。.面向企业商务过程的功能可扩展性：新一代ERP将越来越面向企业的商务过程和产品全生命周期的相关过程与资源的管理，其业务领域与功能不断扩充。新一代ERP除了具有传统的制造、财务、分销等功能外，还将不断吸纳新的功能，如产品数据管理PDM、客户关系管理CRM、供应链管理SCM、电子商务、制造执行系统MES、决策支持系统DSS、数据仓库与联机分析处理OLAP、办公自动化OA等等，从而构成了功能强大的集成化企业管理与决策信息系统。因此，新一代ERP应当具有很好的功能可扩展性。Summary ERP is the American Gartner Group Inc
