1、成都理工大学工程技术学院毕业论文工程建设中职务犯罪问题的研究作者姓名：专业名称：工程管理指导教师：工程建设中职务犯罪问题的研究- -摘要随着我国社会和经济建设的快速发展，国民经济持续增长，建筑业也随之迅猛发展。建筑业已经成为我国经济建设的支柱产业。同时，工程建设领域的自身特点又是职务犯罪的高发、多发领域，发案率明显高于其它领域。工程建设中职务犯罪已经成为影响建筑业发展的主要阻力。工程建设过程涉及多环节、多工种、多单位，如何在工程建设中有效预防职务犯罪，需要对各个环节进行认真的分析和研究，发现其中容易产生腐败的薄弱环节及易发环节，并通过对此类职务犯罪的剖析，揭示在工程建设领域中存在的职务犯罪隐患
2、，进而可以针对其案发特性采取有效的预防措施：借助社会公共资源和网络平台，创造公正、公平的市场环境、工程担保制度和社会诚信体系，以监督有效、处罚有力、举报有奖等手段，形成职务犯罪预防工作的合力。从而有效的加以防范，减少甚至杜绝工程建设中职务犯罪的发生。关键词 ：工程建设 职务犯罪 建筑市场 工程担保工程建设中职务犯罪问题的研究- I -AbstractWith the rapid development of social and economic construction in our country, the continuous growth of national economy, co
